An Internet Protocol (IP) Private Branch Exchange (PBX) is a telephone switch designed to deliver multiple internal telephone (voice) or video over data network owned by a company or by a private telephone network use within an Enterprise to Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN).

In this project, we assisted client to trace & done up proper marking for all it's existing telephone extension (cable) points. Implemented Primary Rate Interface (PRI) the ISDN telephone lines into it's pbx in replacement of it's old Analogue PSTN to lower their monthly rental cost from Public Service Provider. Implemented Direct Inward Dialing (DID) for all extensions for easy access. And consolidated all its Fax & Phone lines into single system to enjoy free faxing among the departments as well as cutting down of unnecessary line rental.
